Support

Drupal support you do not have to chase.

Monthly support hours from senior Drupal engineers, bound to a response SLA. For sites we built and for sites we take over.

Maintenance is planned work, and it happens on schedule.

Security updates, dependency management, and incident response keep a site healthy in production. We treat them as core engineering work with clear commitments.

Patched on a schedule

Security updates applied within a defined window, and dependencies kept current.

Monitored around the clock

Uptime and performance monitoring with alerting, so problems surface early.

Real incident response

When something needs attention, the people who know your code respond against an SLA.

What ongoing care covers.

The goal is not just to keep the site online. It is to keep the site current, supportable, and low-stress to run.

Security hardening

Server and application hardening with a documented baseline.

GDPR and privacy

Ongoing consent, cookie, and privacy monitoring.

Accessibility

Automated WCAG checks with a remediation list.

CVE scanning

Image and host vulnerability scans with alerts.

CMS and module updates

Core and contrib updates tested and released cleanly.

Backup checks

We verify backups run and can actually be restored, not just that they exist.

Performance monitoring

Track Core Web Vitals and catch regressions.

Incident response

A clear path and SLA for when things go wrong.

What good support should feel like.

Security handled early

Known issues are addressed before they accumulate into real operational risk.

Problems handled promptly

When something breaks, the focus is on response, clarity, and getting the site stable again.

A stack that stays current

Dependencies, hosting, and stack choices are maintained continuously instead of deferred until they become painful.

Less load on your team

Your team spends less time on upkeep and more on content, delivery, and the business itself.

How support works.

01

Start with a free audit

Send us your URL. You get a written review of security, performance, and your upgrade path, whether or not we work together.

02

Choose your monthly hours

Pick an hour allowance that fits how active your site is. Every plan carries a response SLA, from 24 hours down to 1 hour, around the clock.

03

A monthly rhythm

Hours go into updates, fixes, and small improvements. You see every deploy, backup, and ticket in your portal.

Common questions about support.

How is support priced?
Support is billed as a monthly allowance of engineering hours, and hosting as a flat monthly fee. We recommend a level after a short call or a free audit, and you can change or cancel monthly.
Do you support sites you did not build?
Yes. Many of the sites we care for were built elsewhere. We start with an audit, fix the risky parts first, and take it from there.
What response times do you commit to?
Every plan carries a written response SLA, from 24 hours up to 1 hour around the clock, with a clear escalation path for urgent situations.
Can we see what happens with the hours?
Yes. Every ticket, deploy, and backup is visible in your client portal, and unused hours can roll over to the next month depending on the plan.
What if we just need one-off help?
We can start with a one-off engagement, a repair, or an upgrade. Afterward you decide whether ongoing care makes sense.
