This Cookie Policy explains how Tilizy Digital S.R.L. ("Tilizy Digital") uses cookies and similar technologies on https://tilizy.digital (the "Site"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. It is provided in accordance with Romanian Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector (which transposes the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC), in particular Article 4(5), and with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies (such as local storage or pixels) can store or read information on your device in a comparable way. Under Law no. 506/2004 art. 4(5), storing or accessing information on your device requires your consent, except where it is strictly necessary to provide a service you have requested.
2. Our approach: privacy by default
We keep cookies to a minimum. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising cookies, or any third-party cross-site tracking. Our website measurement is performed by a first-party, cookieless analytics system that we operate ourselves: it does not set cookies or persistent identifiers and does not track you across sites or across days (see the Privacy Policy, Section 2.2). Because it does not store or read information on your device beyond what is strictly necessary to transmit the request, it does not rely on cookies and does not require cookie consent.

These are required for the Site to function and, under Law no. 506/2004 art. 4(5), do not require consent.

3.2 Analytics and advertising cookies
None. We do not set analytics or marketing cookies.
3.3 Third-party cookies
We do not embed third-party services that set their own tracking cookies on the Site. If we add an embedded third-party feature in future (for example a video player, a map, or web analytics and advertising tools), we will update this Policy and request consent before any non-essential cookie is set.

Because we use only strictly necessary cookies and cookieless measurement, there is normally nothing to opt out of. You can still control or delete cookies through your browser settings:
