Tilizy Digital S.R.L. ("Tilizy Digital", "we", "us", "our") is a limited liability company incorporated and operating under the laws of Romania.
Nature of our services
Tilizy Digital provides professional services to businesses: web and application development (primarily on Drupal), support, maintenance, performance and security optimization, and managed hosting. Our services are offered on a business-to-business basis and are governed by the individual service agreements or proposals signed by both parties, together with our Terms and Conditions.

Consumers. Our services are addressed to businesses. We do not operate an online shop for consumers and do not sell to consumers through this website. Should we exceptionally contract with a consumer, the mandatory provisions of Romanian consumer-protection law apply, including the right to address the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro) and to use alternative dispute resolution via anpc.ro/sal.
