Is the total from the builder my final price?
It is an accurate monthly estimate from real list prices, not a binding quote. Once we know your site we confirm the final figure, and we will never talk you into a bigger plan than you need. The Essential, Plus, and Max presets are just sensible starting points, not packages you have to take whole.
What is included in a hosting plan, and what is not?
Every hosting plan includes managed infrastructure, git-push and tag deploys, one-click revert, and a free weekly off-site backup with 5 kept. Free migration and the uptime SLA start on the Business plan. You can upgrade backups to daily or hourly (up to 30 kept) on any plan. Custom development is billed under a care plan or a build quote, not hosting.
How does annual billing work?
Billing yearly takes 10 percent off your whole recurring plan: hosting, support, and add-ons. One-time work like mailbox migration or a build is not discounted. You can switch between monthly and yearly at renewal.
Do unused care-plan hours roll over?
On the Plus and Max plans, unused hours roll over to the next month. On Essential they do not. Roll-over is shown on each plan.
What about VAT and currency?
Prices are shown in EUR and exclude VAT. We also bill in USD, GBP, CHF, RON, and HUF. VAT is applied based on your country and status, including EU reverse charge where it applies.
Can I cancel?
Plans are monthly or annual with no long lock-in. You own your code and your data, and we help you move it out if you ever leave.
