These terms describe how the Tilizy extension store at https://tilizy.digital/extensions works: what you buy, what a license key does, and how support, renewals and refunds are handled. The seller is Tilizy Digital S.R.L., Oradea, Romania. Our general Terms and Conditions apply to everything these store terms do not cover.
1. What you buy
A purchase gives you one license for one extension. A license is permanent and can be used on any number of sites, hosted anywhere. You do not need a Tilizy account or Tilizy hosting.
The code of every extension is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later (GPL-2.0-or-later). The license key does not restrict how you use the code; it gives you access to downloads, new versions and support.
2. The license key
- Your key is shown once on the order page after payment and sent to the e-mail address you entered. We store only a fingerprint of it, so we cannot show it to you again.
- You use the key as the password of our Composer repository (user name
license). Several keys can be joined with commas. - If a key is lost or exposed, we can replace it: the old key stops working at once and a new one is issued for the same license.
3. Updates and support
- Each purchase includes the number of months of new versions and support shown on the extension page, counted from the day of payment.
- During that period every new version is available to you. After it ends, nothing stops working: the versions released until that date stay available and keep installing. Versions released later need a renewal.
- A renewal costs the renewal price shown on the extension page and adds the same number of months, counted from the end of your current period, or from the day of payment if it has already ended.
- We e-mail you 30 days before your support period ends, when it ends, and when a new version is released. You can stop the release e-mails with the link in each of them; e-mails about your purchases, renewals and support period are always sent.
4. Prices, VAT and payment
- Prices are shown without VAT. The checkout shows the VAT for your billing country before you pay: Romanian VAT for buyers in Romania; the VAT rate of your country for buyers elsewhere in the EU; no VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism for EU businesses whose VAT number is confirmed by the EU VIES system; no EU VAT for buyers outside the EU.
- You can pay by card through Stripe, or by bank transfer. For a bank transfer the license key is issued when your payment arrives.
- Every purchase and renewal is invoiced; the invoice is sent with your license e-mail.
5. Refunds
To ask for a refund, write to us at hello@tilizy.com with your order reference. When we refund a purchase, we issue a credit invoice and the license key stops working. When we refund a renewal, the support period goes back to where it was before the renewal.
